A new beauty docked in at Navy Pier and it was the perfect reason for a celebration! $1 million dollars went in to the redesign of the private charter yacht, Chicago Elite, and her new look is sure to be the talk of Chicago this summer.
Yesterday I attended the christening of the Chicago Elite and witnessed the ceremonial champagne-smashing and merry-making festivities. Alicia Roman of NBC 5 Chicago kicked-off the ceremony and the President & CEO of Navy Pier, Marilynn Gardner, did the honor in christening the yacht. Vice President of Entertainment Cruises Chicago, Dan Russell was also there to welcome all.
