Just recently, fashion landed on the Chicago Field Museum and I was beyond excited to be invited. Everyone was welcomed with an all-out cocktail reception and then followed by the Tory Burch Spring 2012 Collection show – the first formal show presented by the designer following New York Fashion Week. Surprisingly, this was Tory Burch’s only second runway show and first outside of New York City.
Right after the show InStyle Fashion Director Hal Rubenstein introduced Tory Burch herself and talked about her overall approach to the world of fashion. Each guest also received an exclusive gift bag from Tory Burch to complete the American Express experience.
