Chicago’s Toast to Taiwan at Millenium Park’s Park Grill Restaurant

Millennium Park Park Grill‘s Executive Chef Jared Case added Drunken Oyster on their menu this 2015.  This was inspired from his recent Taiwan culinary adventure that included oyster farming. Chef Case was one of the lucky chefs chosen for an 8-day travel to Taipei along with 2 other notable chefs, Anthony Jacquet of The Whisper Restaurant in LA and Stuart Cameron of Icon Legacy of Toronto and filmed special documentary called #TasteTaiwan featuring on Dec. 28th on CNBC.

Park Grill will be offering Drunken Oyster on their menu from January 5- February 5 this 2015 and customers who order the dish will receive a d DVD of Taste Taiwan and to make it even more interesting, make sure to post a Drunken Oyster photo on Instagram and hashtag using #TasteTaiwan and #EvaAir for a chance to win two round-trip tickets!
