October 24, 2008 – Bengston’s Pumpkin Farm in southwest suburban Homer Glen has become a fall tradition for many area families. After just one visit, you’ll want to make it a tradition for your family too. Bengston’s is loaded with all kinds of quintessential family fun. Watch pigs race, feed goats in the petting zoo, and milk a life-sized cow replica. Snack on a variety of fall favorites, from caramel apples to the best funnel cakes. Get lost in the Crazy Corn Maizey and take the hay ride out to watch the Pumpkin Chucker shoot a pumpkin into a lake. Plus, there are even kiddie rides, a haunted barn, and a fun barn. Of course, everyone will want to take home a pumpkin, and Bengston’s pumpkin offerings range from the miniature to the giant. Best of all for the parents, there are tons of adorable fall photo ops!

Bengston’s is open from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., every day through October 30th. Admission prices are as follows:
Kids 2 and under: FREE
