Chef Bill Kim treated a group of family diners at BellyQ to a feast of what he described as dishes he made up in his head. Can you imagine cornbread with kimchi and bacon? I sure couldn’t have thought of that one, but my tongue and tummy was in agreement with Kim’s brain! The kids were also given a hands-on experience in making their own spring rolls and were cooked for everyone to eat. Priceless experiences like these are exactly what Conde Nast Traveler and Mastercard have designed for the Global Tasting Tour.
Check out the rest of the dining events in Chicago then leading to Los Angeles.
